Faiz Uddin, M.D. graduated from Loyola University, Chicago with a BS in Chemistry with honors in 1996. He then matriculated at The Pennsylvania State College School of Medicine and received his Doctor of Medicine Degree in 2000. Dr. Uddin completed his internship at Northwestern University Chicago, and later completed his Residency training at the University of KY Chandler Medical Center with an interest in trauma. Dr. Uddin sees patients of all ages from Pediatrics to Geriatrics with a focus on Adolescent medicine. Dr. Uddin is Board Certified in Family Medicine and also sits on the Board of Directors of PCCKY as Chief Executive Officer.
