About Me

My focus:
Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder
I believe that good mental health is the product of treating the whole person. Anxiety can impact productivity and keep us from reaching our goals. It can also create an inauthentic sense of living. I specialize in treating individuals with high stress jobs, anxiety to any degree, narcissism, low mood, and anger difficulties. I enjoy helping my patients work towards achieving greater fulfillment and vibrancy in their lives. I take a balanced and gentle approach in my treatment style and respect the highest standard of confidentiality. I am based in Manhattan but see patients anywhere in New York.
In my experience, a whole-person centered approach can decrease reliance on medications and help the patient achieve a sense of agency in their psychological wellness. I have trained at NYU, UVA, the William Alanson White Institute, and the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis. I often employ principles of psychodynamic therapy in my approach.
Please explore my website for further information about my practice ( and contact me if you have any questions or would like to request an appointment. While I do not accept insurance, I do provide coded receipts that may be used for out-of-network benefits for those with this option. I am now seeing patients by video only.
