I completed my training in 2020 at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. My practice offers psychiatric assessment and treatment to all age groups with different modalities based on the individual needs of the patients. Modalities include pharmacotherapy, individual and family therapy, parent management training, and psychosocial interventions. An individual wants someone to listen, be empathetic, be supportive, be nonjudgmental, and to help them to identify their own self, and the strengths to cope. An individual wants to explore who they are and feel safe and happy.
Experience of practicing Adult Psychiatry in settings including State Hospital, Community mental health center, and Consultation in ER, IP, and OP psychiatry, helps to identify individual needs and develop a treatment plan with empathy, cultural sensitivity and based on their needs. Engaging patients, developing trust, being culturally sensitive, identifying individual needs and setting realistic goals based on individual needs, and helping clients to move forward in life by using therapy and medication evaluation.
