Dr. Paul completed his osteopathic medical degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, New York. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatments. He is fully licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
